We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead our construction projects.
 
Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate reconstruction jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
  • Leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project activities, costs, and timelines.
  • Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Being fluent in Spanish would be a big plus for this position.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean background check subject to applicable law.
